Your Customer's Journey can either be like stacking cash (or setting up dominoes--waiting for them to topple over).

Great customer service could start with something as small as having a good Email Marketing system like Convert Kit. Or a full-blown CRM System like Hubspot, which handles every possible lane for business growth and customer interaction. 

In the book "Raving Fans": A Revolutionary Approach to Customer Service (By Ken Blanchard and Sheldon Bowles) It's suggested that having customers is just the beginning. And that the real work is to delight them so that they become raving fans.  

We certainly agree.
